Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Fixed Deposits (FD’s)

  • Once a Fixed Deposit (FD) is successfully booked through our platform, the transaction is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
  • In certain cases, such as non-completion of Video KYC, operational or technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances where the FD booking does not get completed, the bank and/or Trend Reversal or Our Partner will initiate a refund of the deposited funds.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be credited back to the user’s bank account within 5–7 working days from the date the issue is identified.

2. Digital Precious Metals (Gold or Silver)

  • You will not be able to cancel or request a refund for any quantity of Gold/Silver once you have confirmed the transaction of purchase. Further, there shall be no refund or return option available once confirmed. You may place a sell request after the purchase transaction has been successfully processed.
  • If the purchase order has been placed, but funds have not been received by the Digital Gold Partner within the defined time period (currently 3 business days) from the date of order:
    1. The order shall be cancelled and reversed;
    2. Or in the event you place a sell order for Gold owned by you, the Digital Gold Partner can withhold and set off the amounts realized from the sale of the Gold against the amount due on your buy order.
    3. However, if the Digital Gold Partner later receives the funds, the withheld amounts will be released against a corresponding sell order.

3. Subscription Charges

  • Transactions on the Platform for subscription of Services are non-refundable. Once subscription charges are paid, they cannot be refunded.
  • The Company is not liable to refund subscription charges if you discontinue services, terminate your account, or under any other circumstances. Subscription charges once paid shall not be refunded.

4. General Terms or Other Investments

  • If the investment journey is completed, the transaction is final and no refund or cancellation request shall be entertained.
  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where a transaction fails or remains incomplete due to technical or operational reasons.
  • Trend Reversal shall not be held responsible for delays in refunds arising due to banking or third-party payment processing systems.
